Join us on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM at ESAC for Community Mornings!

We are adding to the offerings to include two mornings of community. We will be observing the still, silent, unspoken, newness of the day.

This is a time to be in practice together, nondenominationally, non-dogmatically; to allow the silence to express itself inside of you in whatever way it will (yoga, meditation, reading, writing, painting, sculpting, studying, resting, arts/crafts (bring your own supplies), or whatever you feel called to engage/disengage, find/release, foster/disintegrate…) in the beautiful setting of Eldorado Springs Art Center
